The Brea facility maintains state of the art CATI (computer assisted telephone
interviewing) stations with dedicated areas for programming, quality
control and management functions. Computer systems are UNIX-based Sun
Microsystems servers running the latest in advanced software
solutions. Datascension International also conducts operations from facilities
located in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic.
