Henderson, NV. -- (PR Newswire) - December 13, 2001 -- Nutek Inc. (OTCBB:NUTK) announces Datascension Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, has been awarded $3,000,000 Federal contract.
Mr. Conradie, CEO of Nutek, stated, “Datascension has received a $3 million Federal contract for the survey to track the fishing effort of recreational saltwater anglers throughout the country for the National Marine Fisheries Service of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The successful negotiation of this Federal contract brings the commitments for Datascension to $7 million during the last 60 days.”

Nutek Inc. Announces Additional Contracts in Excess of $1,000,000.

Nutek is pleased to announce a two-year contract commencing January 1, 2002, with Sandelman & Associates worth an estimated $3 million dollars.
Nutek Inc. Negotiating Contracts and Implements Cost Saving Measures
Nutek management is in the final negotiation stages of several large contracts for its newly acquired subsidiary, Datascension, Inc. These contracts average approximately $750,000 each in annual revenue and include industry-leading Sega of America Dreamcast, Inc.

Nutek Inc. Acquires Datascension Inc.
Nutek is pleased to announce the purchase of Datascension Inc., a debt free, profitable company, with approximately 210 employees. These additional employees will be further utilized in the management, order taking, packaging and fulfillment of Nutek product orders. Datascension will contribute approximately $3 million in annual revenue to Nutek and an additional $1.5 million in asset value made up of approximately $700,000 in cash and receivables and $800,000 in fixed assets.
