Datascension Inc. awarded $3 million contract.

Henderson, NV. -- (PR Newswire) - October 24, 2001 -- Nutek Inc. (OTCBB:NUTK) announces newly acquired subsidiary, Datascension Inc., awarded $3 million contract.

Nutek is pleased to announce a two-year contract commencing January 1, 2002, with Sandelman & Associates worth an estimated $3 million dollars.
