Nutek Inc. Announces Additional Contracts in Excess of $1,000,000.

Henderson, NV. -- (PR Newswire) - November 7, 2001 -- Nutek Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NUTK) announces Datascension Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, awarded over $1,000,000 in additional contracts.

Mr. Conradie, CEO of Nutek, stated, "Datascension continues its remarkable growth with the addition of these new project commitments and a further $3 million currently in negotiations. The committed projects are scheduled to begin within the fourth quarter and include Universal Music Group and Sega of America Dreamcast, Inc."
