Nutek Announces Additional
$1,000,000 in Contracts.
HENDERSON, Nev., May 16, 2002
(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nutek, Inc. (NUTK),
a publicly traded holding company,
today announced another one million
dollars in contracts for its
Datascension division, bringing the
total under contract to
approximately $10,000,000.
Nutek also announces news coverage
of the Tekplate in Oklahoma City.
Commenting on the company's
consistent revenue growth, Murray
Conradie, CEO stated, "Last month
again was an improvement over the
comparable month; in fact of the
past 38 months, 36 of those posted
increased sales revenue when
compared to the previous period.
I'm extremely pleased with our sales
staff's strong performance, and we
anticipate continuing this trend in
the months to come."

In a further development, Conradie
stated, "The TekPlate product is
beginning to gain a great deal of
media attention, with 3 news
channels providing coverage of this
product. The latest station to
provide coverage will be out of
Oklahoma City beginning today and
running for a full two weeks.
This station will be providing their
viewers the opportunity to receive
one of over 200 Tekplates they will
be giving away. In early June
the TekPlate will also be featured
in Fort Myers, Florida on the local
news channel."
