Major Market Research Firm Selects Datascension for Hispanic Market Data Collection.

LAS VEGAS, July 29, 2003 -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nutek, Inc.'s (NUTK) subsidiary, Datascension, a leading data processing and market survey firm, announced today that yet another major market research firm has selected Datascension to provide market survey services to them. The new client, a leading national firm specializing in research into multicultural communities, has retained Datascension to conduct surveys for Hispanic markets.

“Datascension is quickly establishing its reputation as the premier Spanish market survey firm,” stated Murray Conradie, Nutek president and CEO. “The fact that a leading national research firm with 20 years of experience in Hispanic surveys has completed initial projects totaling more than $250,000 and has confirmed its intent to continue a strategic relationship with us is testament to the quality of our bilingual and Spanish market survey capabilities and the client’s satisfaction with our work product.”

The Spanish-speaking community is one of the largest and fastest growing population segments in the USA. Since Hispanics are such a strong and influential community, it's essential for corporations to better understand the values that they hold dear, resulting in a tremendous need for research within the Hispanic market.

“Early in our business, we identified the growing need for Hispanic market research and began developing the infrastructure to leverage this opportunity,” noted Scott Kincer, Nutek COO and Datascension President. “We knew there would be many market research companies looking for market survey companies to collect this information and we wanted to position Datascension to be that company. Concurrently, there also has been a shift for research firms to outsource market surveying, rather than handling it in-house, and Datascension is in a prime position to capitalize on this situation.”

Since the research industry is extremely competitive, with most clients including strict privacy policies in their contracts, Datascension cannot disclose all client names.
