Datascension's
headquarters are located in Brea, California, approximately thirty
minutes from Los Angeles and is the centralized location for the
majority of its services. Our strategic location enables us to hire
from a large pool of qualified talent to meet any client requirements.
Datascension also conducts operations from two facilities located
in San Jose, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic.
Currently, Datascension's
Southern California call center boasts 50 CATI stations with an
additional 500 Web-enabled CATI stations in Costa Rica (500 seats)
and The Dominican Republic (100 seats). Our current client base
will requires us to conduct more than 700,000 interviewing hours
this year with consumers and businesses. Approximately 60% of these
hours will be for consumer data collection in North America and
20% will be for B to B in North America. The other 20% of the hours
will be used for South American research. All three facilities maintain
state-of-the-art CATI stations with dedicated areas for programming,
quality control, and management functions. Our computer systems
are UNIX-based Sun Microsystems servers running the latest in advanced
software solutions.
Datascension
International specializes in the implementation of national and
local telephone surveys for academic, government, and many large
organizations. The professional staff combines a broad knowledge
of advanced survey methodology with extensive experience in project
management to produce high quality surveys. The staff is supported
by state-of-the-art technology for sampling, data collection, and
data processing.
